We are hiring! Seeking an experienced Service Advisor who is highly motivated with strong customer satisfaction skills. We are looking for outgoing, customer-focused and results-driven individuals. Experience, quality of work, punctuality, reliability and attention to detail are a must!
Our expectations for our Service Advisors are as follows:
- Must be customer focused
- Ability to multi-task and answer incoming calls
- Efficient problem-solving skills
- Efficient with email
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation
- Ability to learn new technology
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and work
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Up-to-date knowledge of automotive parts and their functions
- Is able to effectively communicate automotive issues
- Is able to work independently, managing his or her time and work
- Perform walk around inspections
- Ongoing training initiatives
- Experience in a related field
