From selecting a new vehicle to the end when our ordered vehicle arrived. The staff were excellent. The purchasing of a new vehicle was an amazing experience. Once delivered the care did not stop. They took the time to go over all the features of the vehicle. To make sure I was comfortable before leaving the dealership with our new vehicle. Dropped back in a week later to ask a question. No problems, was seen to in good time. Highly recommend your next Toyota purchase be at Whitby Toyota!

We just purchased a 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. The saleswomen, Sharon, was delightful. Super knowledgeable, friendly, NO pressure at all whatsoever. She was straight forward, answered all our questions and concerns. A great person to deal with. The delivery was also good - slightly rushed - they must have been running late that day. However, we have been assured that we can call, or make an appointment to have them go over features again. These cars are so so complex now, you do need a couple of times with someone who really understands the software / computer setup part of it all. All in all - a very good experience and I do recommend this dealership.

I placed an order at the beginning of September for a new Corolla - my first car. I had a good idea of what I wanted when I came to Toyota. John provided me even more information and guidance on my car. John was incredible helpful, patient, kind and responsive to me throughout the progress. I was very excited and anxious to get my car and John responded to my many (many many) messages regarding updates on my car. John was able to get my car to me in less time than quoted and secured my first choice colour. I love my car and I am so happy with the entire experience. I cannot recommend John enough, he exceeded my expectations and I am eternally grateful!

My experience with Whitby Toyota has been very positive. The appointments take around an hour. The staff are friendly and helpful. Cameron helped with my car concerns and made sure they were checked, fixed or explained to me. I had questions after my last visit after my car was returned to me. Cameron came right over and quickly asked Shane who worked on my car to walk out with me to my car and check on my concerns. Everything was fine, I thought the seat wasn't moving after it was fixed but Shane checked it and showed me it worked assuring me it was fixed properly. I appreciate that both employees quickly came to answer my questions without hesitation.

Here's to Whitby Toyota...we purchased a used RAV 2023. Arash was our Sales Rep. He was very patient, showed us the SUV and all it's features, helped us negotiate the price with his manager Richard. He is knowledgeable and had the vehicle ready as per his word. The vehicle runs well and is as good as a new one we originally planned to purchase. Very happy to give him credit for his work.
