They took the time to go over all the features of the vehicle. To make sure I was comfortable before leaving the dealership with our new vehicle. Dropped back in a week later to ask a question. By far the best dealership that I’ve gone to! Lucky was one of the best representatives I’ve worked with. Not only was he professional, patient, and respectful. He went above and beyond to meet my needs. Taking time out of his break to accommodate my work schedule.
Also the manager came and talked to me to reassure me the car will be inspected and any problems they find will be fixed. I was shocked on how much they did. They got new tires, rims, wipers, and the list goes on. They even worked on items that were purely cosmetic. If I could recommend anyone I would advise you to request Lucky for your car needs. This place is a trustworthy dealership and I’m glad I purchased from here😄
I placed an order at the beginning of September for a new Corolla - my first car. I had a good idea of what I wanted when I came to Toyota. John provided me even more information and guidance on my car. John was incredible helpful, patient, kind and responsive to me throughout the progress. I was very excited and anxious to get my car and John responded to my many (many many) messages regarding updates on my car. John was able to get my car to me in less time than quoted and secured my first choice colour. I love my car and I am so happy with the entire experience. I cannot recommend John enough, he exceeded my expectations and I am eternally grateful!

Once our car was scheduled to arrive, Tony ensured everything went smoothly, making the transition to pickup seamless.
All paperwork was completed efficiently, and any additional requests we had were taken care of. What truly impressed us was their willingness to go above and beyond—on the day of pickup, I inquired about purchasing and installing snow tires and rims. Without hesitation, the service team made it happen that same day, ensuring everything was ready before we drove off. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in every step.
