Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team! As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they have the correct parts for their vehicles. You will be responsible for assisting customers, both in person and over the phone, identifying their needs, and providing expert advice on parts, accessories, and tires.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their parts needs, providing expert advice and recommendations.
  • Identify and source the correct parts using electronic parts catalogs and other resources.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in automotive dealership is required.
  • Previous experience in automotive parts sales is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic parts catalogs.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
