It offers a powerful standard hybrid engine

The 2023 Toyota Sequoia is powered by an impressive i-FORCE MAX twin-turbo V6 engine which it shares with the new Toyota Tundra.  This engine offers tremendous performance with an impressive 437 horsepower, and 583 pound-feet of torque. It is also a hybrid powertrain which means that it will deliver more power than the outgoing Sequoia with a lot better fuel economy.  There is a new Drive Mode Select system allowing the owner to modify the behaviour of the new Toyota Sequoia by adjusting the drive mode. This new technology features a Comfort mode, various sport modes, and a Custom modes as well. 

It will have impressive towing capability

This new powertrain allows the Toyota Sequoia to tow a lot more than the outgoing model. It has a towing capacity of 9000 pounds, which means that you will be able to bring with you your boat or trailer or anything else you want to put behind your Sequoia.  A 10-speed automatic gearbox is standard as is all-wheel drive. The Sequoia has always been a great performer off the beaten path, and this new generation will be no different with its body on frame chassis and fully box frame. It will feature an adaptive air suspension which allows you to raise the height of the Sequoia and allows the vehicle to adjust to road conditions and towing.

A variety of new technology make towing easier in the 2023 Toyota Sequoia. These include the Trailer Backup Guide and Straight Path Assist functions which are available in the Tow Tech Package. 

It will be even more versatile

The 2023 Toyota Sequoia features different configurations for the interior including 2nd row bench or captain’s chairs. Both have the ability to recline in order to improve comfort. Moreover, the third row features what Toyota calls the Sliding Third Row with Adjustable Cargo Shelf which allows the owner to adjust the third row over 150 mm of range. The adjustable cargo Shelf makes it easy to transport objects of all sizes and gives the owner multiple configuration options for the cargo space. 

It has a lot of impressive technology

The 2023 Toyota Sequoia comes with a wide range of new technologies including the all-new Toyota infotainment system. This new system features advanced voice commands that allow you to interact naturally with the infotainment system to adjust various functions, and you also get the latest generation of Toyota connected services in the new Sequoia. As with every Toyota vehicle, safety will be paramount with the Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 system which features a pre-collision system with pedestrian detection.

The 2023 Toyota Sequoia arrives on the market this summer and it will feature a lot of versions.
